In a special drive conducted on 15th August 2015 against illegal sale of liquor, the CID has seized 215 bottles of IMFL from School Line.
On receipt of secret information regarding storage and illegal sale of liquor, a Police team of Central Crime Station comprising of SI Dilip Seal, ASI Jarumna, HC Nakul Halder, PC Sameer Ahmed and LPC S. Prity headed by SI N. Zainuddin conducted the raid at Schoo Line, Near Municipal Community Hall on 15th Aug. and recovered 215 bottles of IMFL from the possession of Smti. Jyothi Mani, W/o Late Devendran, 39, R/o School Line, Ranchi Basti. The offender has been arrested under A&N Excise Regulations. 
General public are requested to extend their help to Police in curbing this menace by passing on information regarding bootlegging on the numbers: 100, 232586, 233307 and 9474290250.
