Port Blair, March 4: As a welfare measure for the Police personnel and their family members, the A&N Police has opened a Police Family Welfare Association Canteen at Police Lines. The canteen was inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Malik, IPS, Director General of Police, A&N Islands today at 1230 hrs. Police personnel and their family members can avail the benefits of groceries as well as uniform articles on subsidized rates apart from the articles of Central Police Canteen. The inaugural function was attended by all SsP/DySsP and other lower subordinates of A&N Police.
